Theory lessons

Justin specialises in theory for students wanting a deeper grasp on musical theory.

Taking specialised music theory lessons is typically done to:

  • Enhance and support high school music studies.

  • Prepare for studying composition or electronic music production.

  • The student is new to MJ Piano Studios and was unaware that in order to pass your AMEB practical exam from Grade 6 and up, you will need to pass a music theory exam.

  • Your existing instrument teacher outside of our studio does not teach music theory.
