The NSW Premier has imposed temporary, three day restrictions from midday today, 6 May 2021 (enforceable from 5pm) until 12:01am Monday, 10 May for the Greater Sydney region, to help reduce the risk of a super spreading event after several people in NSW have tested positive for COVID.
MJ Piano Lessons will continue to be deliver in-house piano lessons during this period, noting one change to the conditions of entry:
Students, parents and other visitors attending in-house piano lessons are asked to kindly wear a face mask to lessons of you are aged 12 years or older. If you do not have a mask to hand, one will be provided to you
Online piano lessons are available to all students at any time and be organised by contacting Piano Teacher Justin McKee directly prior to their lesson.
Conditions of entry that will continue through this period that have not changed are listed here:
Allow the piano teacher to wipe down the piano and other common touch surfaces between students.
Apply the hand-sanitiser provided upon entering and leaving the premises.
Ensure that students bring along their own pencil and other personal items to use during their lesson.
Adhere to physical distancing guidelines.
Adhere to room occupancy limits of no more than four visitors at any one time.
Stay at home if you are unwell.
Stay at home if you have been ordered to self-isolate or quarantine.
Note that you may be sent home in the event that they begin to display symptoms of COVID.
Make use of the available sanitiser wipes to clean any surface or item that you may utilise during your visit.
All students, parents and other visitors attending in-house piano lessons are encouraged to:
Register your presence using the Service NSW app, noting that MJ Piano Lessons already maintains a daily log of student lessons and in the event that contact tracing was necessary, the required data would already be to hand.
Thank you in advance for taking these simple steps to help stop the spread of COVID.
If you require assistance with the requirements listed or do not understand them, or would like to see a copy of the full management plan, please contact me directly at any time by phone 0404 824 020, email or by using the contact form.
