Hello parents and students,
As part of my commitment to helping stop the spread and minimising risk for students and parents and their families, I have updated the COVID Management Plan of the business in line with NSW Government’s updated guidelines.
These new measures will stay in place until further notice and I have drawn out the items that impact students and parents for you here.
Existing students and their parents may note from the comprehensive list in this article that there are just three simple additions to the previous measures:
Kindly wear a facemask to lessons if you are 12 years of age or older.
Students should bring along their own pencil and other personal items to use during their lesson.
Consider registering your attendance using the Service NSW app, noting that MJ Piano Lessons already maintains a daily log of student lessons and in the event that contact tracing was necessary, the required data would already be to hand.
For new students and their parents joining this year, please take some time to read through the full list of measures that impact you as visitors to my home piano teaching studio below.
Students, parents and other visitors attending in-house piano lessons are asked to kindly:
Wear a facemask for the entire duration of their stay if they are 12 years of age or older.
Allow the piano teacher to wipe down the piano between students.
Apply the hand-sanitiser provided upon entering and leaving the premises.
Ensure that students bring along their own pencil and other personal items to use during their lesson.
Adhere to physical distancing guidelines.
Adhere to room occupancy limits of four visitors at any one time.
Stay at home if they are unwell.
Stay at home if they have been ordered to self-isolate or quarantine.
Note that they may be sent home in the event that they begin to display symptoms of COVID.
Make use of the available sanitiser wipes to clean any surface or item that they may utilise during their stay.
All students, parents and other visitors attending in-house piano lessons are encouraged to:
Register their presence using the Service NSW app, noting that MJ Piano Lessons already maintains a daily log of student lessons and in the event that contact tracing was necessary, the required data would already be to hand.
Thanks in advance for taking these simple steps to help stop the spread of COVID.
If you require assistance with the requirements listed or do not understand them, or would like to see a copy of the full management plan, please contact me directly at any time by phone o4o4 824 o2o, email or by using the contact form.
Best regards
