Justin McKee, MJ Piano Lessons is excited to announce the results of the 2022 All-Rounder Awards for excellence in all aspects of piano study.
First Place: Reuben.
Second Place: Ellie, Gwen, Maria and Marie tied.
Third Place: Audrey, Eimear and Minato tied.
Fourth Place: James.
All the families of the students who gained a place were awarded an Astronaut Starry Sky Projector.
The annual competition aims to incentivise and motivate students in K-10 to keep up their focus on all three aspects of their piano studies: practical, technical and music theory. This year's All-Rounder Awards were presented at a mid-year piano concert for parents and siblings that celebrated Make Music Day, an international event that invites everyone around the world to come together and play music.
The audience was entertained with pieces by Beethoven, Ford, Milne, Muczynski, Satie, Schoenmehl, Thompson, Vandall and many more.
